Auckland Airport Airline Awards 2017

Guests at Auckland Airport’s Annual Airline Awards raised a Golden glass to its winners, with specialty cocktails created and served by our team.

Inspired by the theme of the event, we created the “Aviation” cocktail – London Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice, White Creme De Cacao and Lillet Blanc shaken & served, then garnished with a pure Gold Flake Sherbert and Light Peppermint Fog.

The combination of colours, flavours and molecular gastronomy were a spectacle to behold for the 90 guests in attendance.
